Bio

Xiaochen Huang is an LA-based award-winning bilingual producer, production coordinator and 1st assistant director. She started working in the Chinese film industry at a young age, then moved to California to continue her career in 2017. She has worked on features, variety shows, documentaries, shorts, and music videos. The studios and artists she has worked with including Netflix, Shanghai Dragon Television, Joy Media, Burn Studios (Red Bull, National Geographic, Audi), Jacob Perez (The Marksman), Lullaboy (universal music group, first and only artist representing Singapore on the number 1 South East Asian playlist) etc. Xiaochen is known for her produced films “The Girl in the Mirror,” “Sonder,” and “Cata,” which has been selected by the biggest Oscar-qualifying festival in Central America, “Festival Icaro”. Now she is preparing for her new producing feature, “All your mistakes and some of mine.” It will be filming in Los Angeles and Guatemala in 2023.
